Secret space program

Secret space program (SSP) is the name applied to an allegedly long-running, compartmentalised aerospace infrastructure that operates outside the remit of publicly acknowledged agencies such as NASA and the United States Space Force. According to researchers and self-described insiders, the SSP maintains advanced interplanetary craft, orbital shipyards and off-world bases funded through classified black budget appropriations and managed by a coalition of military–industrial interests drawn from several nations.

Historical development

Early roots are traced to alleged Nazi antigravity projects such as the Haunebu and Die Glocke craft of the 1940s. Following Operation Paperclip, German scientists were absorbed into U.S. and Soviet black programmes, seeding a decades-long technological rivalry said to culminate in a covert multinational fleet code-named Solar Warden.

A 1986 National Journal investigation reported an undisclosed Pentagon budget surge to more than US$22 billion for fiscal 1987, allegedly underwriting early ship construction and deep-space propulsion research. Legal cover was provided by special-access rules codified in 50 U.S.C. § 3348, permitting year-on-year secrecy waivers for sensitive programmes.

Fleet and bases

Researchers claim Solar Warden now fields at least eight spacefaring “carrier groups” plus logistics craft operating from the clandestine Lunar Operations Command on the far side of the Moon. Additional facilities reportedly exist under the Martian surface and in the asteroid belt, staffed by personnel rotated through ten- to twenty-year “tour of duty” cycles.

Propulsion and technology

Core platforms allegedly employ field-propulsion reactors that nullify inertial mass via high-frequency electromagnetic cavities, a design echoed in U.S. patent US10144532B2. The SSP is further said to harness zero-point energy and advanced directed-energy weapons derived from reverse-engineered extraterrestrial craft.

Command structure

Witnesses describe a joint command hierarchy dominated by U.S. Naval Intelligence and allied corporate contractors, paralleling the publicly acknowledged United States Space Force but operating in total isolation from civilian oversight.

Leaks and public exposure

In 2002 British hacker Gary McKinnon allegedly accessed U.S. Navy servers and found references to “non-terrestrial officers” and fleet-to-fleet transfer logs, which SSP researchers cite as inadvertent confirmation of Solar Warden shipping manifests. Richard M. Dolan’s 2014 and 2016 lectures argue that such fragments, combined with massive classified budgets, amount to a preponderance of evidence for an operational SSP.

Multiple secret space programs

Proponents such as Michael Salla and Corey Goode maintain that the term Secret Space Program (SSP) does not refer to a single unified entity, but rather to a complex ecosystem of multiple, independently operated factions. These factions are said to include military, corporate, and breakaway groups—some of which allegedly collaborate, while others compete for influence, resources, and extraterrestrial alliances. According to these accounts, the various SSPs may overlap in personnel or technology but differ significantly in structure, goals, and ethical orientation.

Solar Warden

Allegedly overseen by U.S. Naval Intelligence, Solar Warden is said to operate kilometer-long spacecraft that patrol the heliosphere in cooperation with Nordic extraterrestrials.

Nachtwaffe (Dark Fleet)

Described by Len Kasten as the Nachtwaffe or “Dark Fleet,” a German breakaway faction allied with reptilian species and based on Mars and other deep-space locales.

Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC)

Michael Salla and Corey Goode portray the ICC as a transnational consortium of aerospace and defense contractors exploiting lunar and Martian industrial sites for advanced materials and technology trade.

United States Air Force Secret Space Program

Allegedly developed by the USAF as a separate SSP, featuring triangular surveillance platforms and tactical spacecraft. It reportedly diverged from Solar Warden after strategic disputes.

Russian Secret Space Program

A 2024 Exopolitics Today article claims Russia fields an SSP staffed by psi-trained crews and engaged in ancient-space-ark research.

Chinese Secret Space Program

In Rise of the Red Dragon, Michael Salla argues that China operates a military SSP using electromagnetic drives and establishing lunar bases to rival U.S. capabilities.

Current status

Advocates suggest the official 2019 creation of the United States Space Force publicly acknowledges only the lowest tier of a mature spacefaring infrastructure, while Solar Warden and other fleets continue classified interstellar missions.
